Most of our projects fall between $4,000 and $80,000 + GST. A simple interview piece with a small crew starts around $4,000, a corporate video from one shoot day usually lands between $5,000 and $15,000, and a full campaign with cast, locations and a long deliverables list runs $20,000 and up. We quote against your brief and the price is fixed before we start.
Shoot days, crew size, cast and usage rights, locations and how many deliverables you need. Finished length matters less than people expect. The planning, filming and post required drive the cost, not the runtime.
Most projects take 4 to 5 weeks from brief to delivery. Pre-production fills the first week or two, filming is usually 1 to 3 days, and the edit, grade, sound mix and your feedback rounds fill the rest. If you have a fixed launch date we can fast track it.
Four stages. Creative, where we shape the idea and write the treatment. Pre-production, where we cast, scout and schedule. Production, the shoot. Post-production, where the edit, sound, colour and graphics come together. You see the work at treatment, first cut and final, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Two rounds are built into every quote, and most clients only use one. If the brief shifts partway through we requote the difference before doing the work rather than surprising you at invoice time.
The finished master plus every version the campaign needs: 16:9 for web and broadcast, 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, 1:1 for feed, shorter cutdowns for paid media, captions and SRT files. Platform versions are part of delivery, not an extra.
You own the finished films outright. Raw footage stays archived with us and can be handed over or reused for future edits, which is usually far cheaper than a reshoot. Music, stock and talent carry their own licence terms and we spell those out in the quote.
Yes. Our studio is in Brunswick and most shoots happen around Melbourne, but we travel interstate and overseas for the right project, including a shoot in Tokyo. Travel costs are itemised in the quote so you can see exactly what they add.
