Usually between $4,000 and $20,000 + GST. A single camera recap of a half day event sits at the bottom of that range, multi camera coverage with same day edits and live streaming at the top.
Yes. We edit on site so cuts can go live while the event is still running, which is when the audience actually cares. Same day and next morning delivery is standard event work for us.
One for an intimate session, 2 to 4 for a conference or launch so reactions are never missed, more for big stage and crowd events. We scope it against the run sheet.
Yes, multi camera streams to web and social. Streaming needs its own kit, redundancy and venue internet, so we plan it as its own workstream rather than bolting it onto a recap.
Launches, conferences, activations, live music and store sessions, charity events and sport.
Same night cuts where booked, and the full recap usually within 1 to 2 weeks. Multi day events take a little longer through post.
We take a feed from the venue sound desk and record our own backup, because event audio is where coverage usually dies and it cannot be fixed afterwards.
A hero recap plus social cutdowns, vertical edits, speaker excerpts and stills where photography is included, captioned and formatted for your channels.
